Tim Chancellor

Tim started "Serve is a Verb" to pass on leadership experience to emerging leaders.  Many of the lessons he learned were through trial and error.  He learned success comes from learning from those around him and being mentored by others.  He desires to share the wisdom he learned so others can avoid the same potholes and obstacles he faced in his leadership journey.

Tim serves as a lieutenant in a central Texas police department and has over twenty years of experience in law enforcement. He has been a patrol officer, field training officer, drug recognition expert, SWAT team member, major crimes detective, patrol sergeant, detective sergeant, patrol lieutenant, special operations lieutenant, and professional standards lieutenant.

He has been married to his wife for over twenty years, and they are adjusting to being empty nesters. Their oldest is in the U.S. Air Force, and the youngest plays collegiate baseball.
