A Heart for the Community

Officer Rey Rodriguez shares the two biggest influences in his life and how it has shaped his approach to serving.  His approach led him to be part of Operation Blue Santa and to tackle a community project that continues to influence the community years later.  Rey walks us through how the plan was put into place and gives concrete steps on how this could be replicated.
